Got a bit bored the other night so I decided to have a go on Garageband. Never used it before but it’s actually pretty good! This is really basic and distorted as fuck (I used the built-in mic on my Mac) but for a couple hours messing about I don’t think it sounds too bad!
This is an amazing cover - I already loved the song, and I’m really loving Chris’ version of it.
It made me incredibly homesick for York though (although Chris is moving to London in a few short weeks!)
Everyone I know here who plays music plays metal or ‘hardcore’ music. Everyone I knew in York played lovely acoustic music regularly at gigs or open mic nights around the city. I already miss being apart of the York culture. And then I see things like this and I miss it 100x more.
