i took out my 8mm stretcher, just because i wanted to know if it would shrink back.
well, successful! i’m now back with my 6mm. actually, it might be my 5mm, i don’t remember.
but i just stretched it back to see if it actually WOULD stretch back. now i don’t know whether to go back to an 8mm.
You didn’t stretch it back, the elasticity in your skin contracted.

Well, Alison, if the elasticity in my skin contracted, isn’t that ‘stretching it back’? I know it’s not literally and physically “stretching” it back, because that’s impossible. Shrinking would be a more fitting word, but stretching is the word that I chose. Either way, my 8mm now doesn’t fit through the hole in my ear anymore, so I would classify that as it “stretching” or shrinking back. capiche?? ;)
