Working up a sweat!
The gym is still going well! I’ve surprised myself by keeping it up for 6 weeks, fairly solidly. I think Kim forcing me to go has helped a couple of times :D I’ve been averaging probably 3 or 4 classes a week, I’ve upped weights in bodypump, and I can feel the difference in how my body copes with bodycombat. We’ve tried body balance, which I’m keen to get back to, and body step, which I think I may be too unco for (!). Having a friend (my best friend, no less) to push me to go when I haven’t wanted to, and to try new classes with has been amazing and I don’t think I would have stuck with it this far if she wasn’t with me!
A couple of people have commented on the general toning and weight loss which just makes me want to get back there! I just changed from a ‘cancel at anytime’ plan to a yearly contract with them - I can’t believe I’m saying this, but, I absolutely love going to the gym.
This revelation has shocked me, as it should shock you too.
