My 2 cents.

This whole flood thing is insane. It’s actually scared me a little bit, just in the fact that so many people have been made homeless with little to no warning. I have family in QLD but so far they haven’t been affected (besides my Uncle laying a lawn - twice - that has been washed away in the rains - which is kind of trivial and amusing in comparison)

I’ve been watching videos, reading news articles and reblogging and I just wanted to put my own thoughts onto my own blog. I don’t have much to say about it, in all honesty I think everything that I’m thinking has been said a million times over. 

My thoughts are with everyone that’s been effected, to everyone that has relatives or loved ones in the disaster zone, and I honestly hope that all the missing people are accounted for.

Also.. I read that the disaster zone is an area twice the size of Texas, or five UK’s. What?! That fact left me fairly speechless.
