Mini Toblerone.
Being back in Australia is awesome. I hadn’t realised how much I’d missed it - the accents, the attitude.. even the people at the airport were more relaxed and friendly. And then I got on the flight from Perth to Adelaide, I was sat in the aisle, and in the row across from me were sat these two tradies, one of whom was quite cute. It made me laugh a little bit, mainly because I’d joked around over in the UK about how one of the main things I missed were all the cute young tradies.
I was trying not to look over at him, fighting all my urges (because he was really cute in that casual way.. the really Aussie way, and I just haven’t seen that for about 6 months), mainly because I wasn’t in the mood for conversation, and I’d been in transit for approx 45 hours at this time, with no shower or anything. I felt gross. Then they brought us around our dinner, which came with a mini toblerone. At one point, without saying anything, the cute tradie leant across to my side of the aisle and dropped his and his friends toblerone on my table. I looked up, he gave me this really cute, really shy smile, and then went back to talking to his mate.
It was the best thing in the world, brightened my mood 100%, and made me so glad to be home. Thankyou, epically cute tradie.
