Wow.. tonight was harder than I could have imagined. Went out for dinner with Greg, Jimi, Carl and Pete at an amazing restaurant called Bobo Lobo and had some amazing Latin-ey dishes. And holy shit it was tasty. I ate until I wanted to explode. We were there from half 8 til about half...
It’s 4C outside, at 2.30pm. I just walked into town, in a tshirt and just a normal jacket, and wasn’t even that cold. The city is crammed with tourists, and the river is flooded so much that all the boats are stopped because they can’t fit under the bridges. And yet, I still really really really don’t want to go home. Sigh.

I scored a Jagermeister lei last night, too. Dom, another bartender at Evil Eye was there drinking and he was wearing one.. I asked about it, like where it had come for, and said that I wanted one.. he gave me a cute little smile, removed it from around his neck, and placed it around mine. I now have a phone number for this boy, after an amusing im chat. Sigh. Awesome 23 y/o acoustic musician + singer, really cute, really sweet, has recorded with the producer of City and Color and Feist, works as a music agent.. and I meet him (albeit through a really embarrassing occurance) in the two weeks before I’m due to leave York.
Honestly?
I’m scared to go home and face him. I’m not really sure what to make of any of it; the occurances before, the happenings during, the plans for my homecoming. My bet is that there will be nothing, and that I’m working myself up for no reason. I just can’t help but over analyse absolutely everything. There’s just something there that I’m incredibly drawn to.

I walked over it last night, and woooooow. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a real life flood before. Actually, that’s a lie, I have in the NT. But still, I was quite amazed at just how far up it’s flooded. It’s 3.20 and there’s only like an hour of daylight left! Crazy time.
